On Friday afternoon, April 12th from 2-4 PM join us on the TYC deck for one free beer and appetizers (while supplies last). There will be a selection process on Friday night at 7 PM for trivia seating and your placement in the Token Parade. At 8:30 PM join us for music and dancing with DJ ‘Let’s Dance’.

One of the highlights of the weekend is trivia along with the Token Parade on Saturday afternoon, April 13th at 1:30 PM followed by Jeopardy Trivia Contest from 2-4 PM. Please take careful note of the following for trivia:

We will use the same Trivia format as in past years
Each club will select a team of no more than four people to compete in the trivia contest
These official teams will be seated in the first rows. Their exact location will be determined by the selection process
Once the teams are seated, other club members will be escorted into the ballroom to cheer on their team during the competition
Saturday night there is a dinner buffet from 5:30 ‘ 8:00 PM followed by music and dancing with the band ‘Chicken Joe and the Fabulous Cocks.’

Sunday April 14th the weekend will culminate with the Decorated Boat Parade along Tacoma waterfront. We are looking forward to seeing your creative efforts!

Each club must register and each boat or RV planning on attending must complete a registration form and pay the registration fee (non-refundable) of $35. The registration deadline is March 22, 2024 or until we reach our limit. If you have questions, please refer to our website or email Bentley Rickmers at: [email protected].
